Off to the mountains we go.. This was a big change of scenery to our usual beach and tropical vibes, and with a wonderful change of scenery! Glacier National Park, Montana.
We were invited by Tourism Montana to come capture and experience the beauty of glacier national park, and help celebrate the 100 year anniversary of National Parks Service.
Flew into Kalispell & headed straight for the mountains, the entrance to glacier national park is only 3o minutes from the airport.
We were put up in a cabin owned by the national park on Lake Mcdonald, The Glacier National Park Service were super helpful with providing ideas and inspiration for our trip! So big thanks to them!
We spent 3 full days exploring the park, places visited pictured below:
The highlight of our time in Glacier National Park was certainly Cracker Lake! It was a 6 mile hike each way, so I’d suggest packing a lunch to have by the lake. π

I was just in Montana (Bozeman/Yellowstone) this weekend. I’ve been wanting to go to Glacier as well. Your photos of it are stunning! I love seeing your style/color palette of photography on mountain/outdoor photography like this. It’s a nice, refreshing change. Looks like it was a fun trip for sure!

I recently chanced upon your instagram and blog. You are indeed inspiring. I have been trying to travel, the little I can with the time I have. However I think what thrilled me more was photographs you have here and in instagram. I see that you are in India now. Have a wonderful time there.
Safe travels.
Hello! OH thank you π
What kind of camera do you have?
Lauren I adore you and your photography and I really wanted to send you a letter. I was wondering if maybe you had a p.o box?

Hello!
Your photos are just breathtaking!
I have a question… What type of camera are you using?
Best Regards,
Iga
The photography here is beyond stunning, it is distinctly good, I like the two medicine lake and the sun road the best.
Thank you! π
I love your pictures and think these views are amazing! I am taking a trip to glacier national park and really want to visit cracker lake, did you take the 12-mile hike or is there a shorter way?
We did the 12 mile hike! Worth it but
Even harder in bare feet… π
Jesus christ these pictures are better looking than going there yourself. Surprised there’s no goat pictures though!

Glaacier National Park is one of my favorite places in the world. Love your photos.
I love following your travels and I was bored at work looking through some of your old posts when I came across this post. I just went to Montana myself this past June and oh my gooodnesssss! It was absolutely beautiful!!! We went to Swiff Current Lake, Lake McDonald, and Two Medicines as well. But if you ever go back there you should definitely drive to Flathead National Park. And there was a trail we did in Essex (I think), which was absolutely breathtaking. Unfortunately, the Going to the Sun road was still covered in snow…. even at the end of June! And seeing your pictures definitely makes me want to plan a trip back up there asap!
