Montana- Glacier NP

Off to the mountains we go.. This was a big change of scenery to our usual beach and tropical vibes, and with a wonderful change of scenery! Glacier National Park, Montana.
We were invited by Tourism Montana to come capture and experience the beauty of glacier national park, and help celebrate the 100 year anniversary of National Parks Service.
Flew into Kalispell & headed straight for the mountains, the entrance to glacier national park is only 3o minutes from the airport.
We were put up in a cabin owned by the national park on Lake Mcdonald, The Glacier National Park Service were super helpful with providing ideas and inspiration for our trip! So big thanks to them!
We spent 3 full days exploring the park, places visited pictured below:

The highlight of our time in Glacier National Park was certainly Cracker Lake! It was a 6 mile hike each way, so I’d suggest packing a lunch to have by the lake. πŸ™‚

  1. Love these pictures, you guys did an amazing job πŸ™‚ may I ask how you keep your hair so blonde? do you highlight it? <3

  2. I was just in Montana (Bozeman/Yellowstone) this weekend. I’ve been wanting to go to Glacier as well. Your photos of it are stunning! I love seeing your style/color palette of photography on mountain/outdoor photography like this. It’s a nice, refreshing change. Looks like it was a fun trip for sure!

  3. Such goooorgeous captures here Lauren! I was just curious if you had a 3rd person here taking pictures of you two? Or are you really putting an iphone on a tripod for some of these when not using your dslr?
    Cheers, and thanks!

  4. Hi! I absolutely love your photos and was wondering if you could give me any tips on editing? Your colors always turn out so perfect and your photos are perfection!

  5. Excuse me Gypsea πŸ™‚
I’m Giska from Indonesia. I’ve tried use Lightroom to edit my photos. But i couldn’t produce the photo like yours. Could you give me a little tutorial? Thanks πŸ™‚

  6. Love these photos, and Montana, and everything you do! How did you get yourself to this place in your blog/photography life? Such talent and success is an admirable quality for someone working her way toward a similar goal.

  7. Hello Lauren, I just stumbled over your Insta profile & checked out your blog immediately. It’s absolutely STUNNING and incredibly beautiful!! We are planning a trip to Bali / Gili Island in october… what resorts / beaches would you recommend on the gili islands? (and which island did you like the best?)
Congratulations again on your wonderful pictures and adventures!
    Kind regards from Switzerland, Leslie

  8. I recently chanced upon your instagram and blog. You are indeed inspiring. I have been trying to travel, the little I can with the time I have. However I think what thrilled me more was photographs you have here and in instagram. I see that you are in India now. Have a wonderful time there.
    Safe travels.

  9. I love your pictures and think these views are amazing! I am taking a trip to glacier national park and really want to visit cracker lake, did you take the 12-mile hike or is there a shorter way?

  10. I love following your travels and I was bored at work looking through some of your old posts when I came across this post. I just went to Montana myself this past June and oh my gooodnesssss! It was absolutely beautiful!!! We went to Swiff Current Lake, Lake McDonald, and Two Medicines as well. But if you ever go back there you should definitely drive to Flathead National Park. And there was a trail we did in Essex (I think), which was absolutely breathtaking. Unfortunately, the Going to the Sun road was still covered in snow…. even at the end of June! And seeing your pictures definitely makes me want to plan a trip back up there asap!
